December

- Announced the S$410 million multi-phased remaking of Suntec City.
- Announced the divestment of Chijmes for S$177 million and at 23.2% above valuation.

- Secured S$120 million term loan facility.
- Announced and completed the S$114.75 million strategic acquisition of a 51% interest in Harmony Partners Investments Limited which holds an 80% indirect interest in Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre ("Suntec Singapore"). This increased Suntec REIT's effective stake in Suntec Singapore from 20.0% to 60.8%.
- New issue of S$150 million medium term notes under the newly established S$500 million Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme.

- Secured S$700 million term loan facility comprising a 3-year S$350 million loan and a 5-year $350 million loan to prepay the S$575 million 3-year loan and to refinance part of the S$400 million loan.
